Hyatt Place Austin Downtown Hotel

Exceptional hotel staff in the reservation. Took the advantage of the parking onsite. Central location very close to restaurants, highway and Austin, it was in a great area.

The bed in my room was not that comfortable.

We had a decent time in this good business hotel in Austin. Its location was central, a short walk to Austin Convention Center.

Contemporary hotel, breakfast each day was sensational and the location close to 6th street was fantastic. Exceptional, accommodating staff members were in the reservation.

The staff is courteous, the breakfast marvellous, the ocation is incredible next to downtown and the bars and restaurants on 6th St and diverse clubs.

We had a good time. Prime and perfect location near a fine arts museum. There was plenty of food for breakfast, including yogurt, fruit and scrambled eggs.

Modern breakfast with lots of options, not big and exceptionally clean place. We booked a king room with an outdoor bathroom. The staff was well-trained and check in was easy. Music bar and lovely pool. The airport was 0.5 km away from here, perfect location.

Our room was immaculate and terrific with a beautiful view and the continental breakfast offered has plenty of dishes.

The breakfast was hot, plus the location was ideal! Everything was great, however a few employees were very bad. An air conditioning, a personal safe and a sofa bed available in the queen room. The pool was nice too.

Peaceful and impeccably clean place, KIND staff. Location near to restaurants as well as the center. Idyllic view, a nice balcony, great bed, too. The food was good, with plenty of options. Glad that the weather was wonderful, so I could enjoy its clean pool.

The location was exceptional, the public spaces were fairly clean and the staff was funny. Impeccable, immaculate room with nice breakfast and an excellent en suite bathroom plus a beautiful view.

Stayed for 2 days and didn't feel like leaving, I will come back. Functional hotel, it was fairly clean, and the staff was very knowledgeable. Smooth check-in, efficient check-out. Furthermore, the parking was onsite and convenient. The restaurants were amazing and for every budget.

Quite new place with truly beautiful views. Rooms are new and bathrooms are spacious. Superb staff all round.

I appreciated this incredibly beautiful hotel, its friendly location and warm staff. Soft bed, well-appointed and well-appointed room. The breakfast had a lot of reasonably priced options, and was very good. Within walking distance of the good beach. Clean property, nice service. You guys made my stay fabulous!

The place was quiet clean, staff was loyal. The room was welcoming & faultless, there was a comfortable enough bed. Very central location, relatively near state capitol. Very very nice area.

Fast check-in, lovely bed. Really helpful staff made our stay so really comfortable. The room was particularly good and wonderful, it felt like at home. The location of this hotel was stunning. We liked that the property was 25 minutes drive from the airport. A great hotel in Austin.

Breakfast was solid and had variety of meals. It was good to have cold drinks in the snack bar. Obviously that free Wi-Fi throughout the property was really handy. Helpful service within 0.5 miles of the airport...

We appreciated our time here. Beds in the room were comfortable. Thanks again to valet, you rock! In the evening we visited Vince Young Steakhouse, set minutes from the hotel.

satisfied with the hotel, it's an enjoyable base for staying in austin. the bed was comfy and pillows too. employees are friendly, helped with restaurants.
